Bodytorque. a la mode

Ballet and fashion have been dynamic partners for centuries. Countless fashion designers have lent their flair to the ballet stage, while dance wear - from Romantic-length skirts to the ever-popular ballet flat - has found its way to the street.

The Australian Ballet's Bodytorque celebrates this very chic partnership by pairing five emerging choreographers from The Australian Ballet and beyond with emerging designers. It's a la mode - 'in fashion' - and it will be one of the most stylish dance events of the year.

Five new works from Robert Curran, Damien Welch, Daniel Gaudiello, Alice Topp, and Tim Brown.
