Richard Wherrett Studio
The Richard Wherrett Studio, encompasses the romance of Sydney Theatre, located in the original Bond Store, it features all the grandeur of yesteryear with high ceilings, historic and rustic brickwork, iron bark beams and the remnants of the original industrial equipment.
When not being used for artistic purposes, the Studio makes an outstanding venue for special events including dinners, cocktail functions, product launches and business presentations, for which its heritage character creates a uniquely intimate atmosphere.

The Yarra Burn Balcony
The Yarra Burn Balcony (located directly off the Level 1 Foyer) provides an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle of the foyers, or an indulgent and exclusive space for a cocktail or dinner event. Covered for most of its length, the balcony is a substantial space suitable for alfresco events overlooking Hickson Rd.
While guests on the balcony can easily access the main bar on this level, there is also provision for external bar facilities in this space.
